Telrad Canada has a considerable over 25 year history of providing excellent support along with leading edge technology to clients since 1981.

We are always pleased to provide some client references of those using the Telrad system. Our clients range from small to larger enterprises, some of which do business with many mutual clients of ours; from locally to internationally; we’d be happy to share our client success stories.

There are thousands of BC local users on Telrad systems here in Vancouver, some are likely well known to you such as the prestigious Vancouver City Art Gallery who have been a client now for over 14 years.  All of our clients since the 1991 introduction of the Telrad Digital system are able to upgrade to the new IPEX CPU with “on board” Solid State EmaGEN Voice Mail system that brings their system up to the current state of the art in technology….no other system supplier does this on a 1991 system platform…..demonstrating the long term value in a Telrad system investment.   Norland Forest Products who has been a client for over 20 years and recently upgraded their system to the new IPEX CPU with Solid State EmaGEN voice mail system and installed a second system for a new office location. A recent well known client, Dominion Construction, who just purchased a phone system for their Vancouver Head Office replacing their dated system, like all of our clients will benefit by the best technology and the “easiest to learn to use” system, and one that you can count on for many, many years to come.

Southern California’s largest mattress retailer; Sit'n Sleep, Headquartered in Gardena, CA, moved with the times.  Sit'n sleep required approximately 150 phones distributed across their thirteen locations. A Telrad system was installed at Sit’n Sleep in early 2005 with an advanced ACD, which now enables callers to either wait on the line, or to provide a callback number when they leave a message. The system saves their place in line and when an agent becomes available – the system automatically calls them back.  The advanced call center functionality and the ability to track faxes provided Sit’n Sleep customers with an improved level of service, and dramatically increased their level of satisfaction.

The City and School District of Westbrook, Maine has fifteen sites in total, located at eight municipal buildings and seven schools. With over 1,300 extensions, as well as multiple PRI and dozens of other trunks located in fifteen sites, the system design is pretty complex. It required advanced centralized voicemail, including unified messaging and speech recognition functionality, and support for a mixture of VoIP and TDM extensions. In addition there was a need to support conference calls.  Telrad Connegy's system was selected by the city of Westbrook in 1998. Since then, taking advantage of the Evergreen Policy it has undergone three upgrade cycles at minimal cost, and now enjoys dozens of VoIP extensions, networking most remote facilities. An integral conference bridge and a state-of-the-art Unified Messaging solution were installed in 2001 as part of the most recent upgrade.  Today all schools and municipal buildings are connected into the same network using VoIP which generates significant cost savings. The centralized voicemail system with Unified Messaging abilities allows teachers to receive their messages through one convenient interface, and holding meetings over the conference bridge saves a lot of traveling time.

“We chose Telrad because of its engineering abilities. We considered other solutions which had a known brand name, but found we can get the same benefits with a much lower price tag. We are extremely happy with the system and would choose Telrad Connegy again – in fact we have!”   Tyler Dunphy.

Like all of our clients your business will truly benefit by the best technology and the “easiest to learn to use” system, and one that you can count on for many, many years to come.
