DAP Dual Audio Path on all Avanti sets have a secondary audio path so that when you are on a Handset Call you can be informed over your sets Speaker of another important call or client arrival and you can reply via the separate speaker transmitter with a quick answer. The 8 or 30 Party Conference Bridge License can be added for Automated & Expanded Conferencing capacity. “Eight Fixed Feature buttons” make it very easy for staff to use any set in the office, these Eight (8) buttons that surround the Left Hand side & Bottom of the Dial Pad of your AVANTI phone are same on all phones making them much easier to learn to use. External Call Forwarding lets you choose when your set is Busy or on No Answer to Forward just External calls that ring or are transferred to your set, or just Intercom Calls or All Calls [External & Intercom calls] to an external phone number. The External Call Forward feature can also be provided to a caller when even when they access your Voice Mailbox Greeting. Five Hop Call Forward including External Call Forward from any Telrad Multi or Single Line phone to ensure that callers don’t go unanswered is another new function recently added whereas others only have one hop of call forward then no answer ringing! Voice Recognition Technology has been introduced so that you can give your phone up to 56 Voice Commands such as Call Breanna; Play New Voice Mail Messages, activate a Feature etc....this makes using all the powerful features of the Telrad system even easier!….busy Executives & Managers don’t need to use buttons on their phones for features, or speed dial simply push the Voice Call button and give the phone the verbal command to perform the feature, speed dial someone etc. Telrad’s Factory Certified Data/Communications technicians support our clients with advanced Telephone, Voice/Fax/Email CTI solutions. The Telrad EmaGEN Auto Attendant & Voice Mail System further enhances the Digital phone system to make client communications even easier with many unique features like: The Avanti 3025DF Expanded Display set offers Six Soft Prompt Buttons on each side of the Expanded Display offer you all the current options when in Voice Mail such as: Repeat (Message), Next (Go to Next Message), Erase (Message & Go to Next Message), Rewind, Pause and Fast Forward while listening to your voice mail messages. A “Dial 6” Sub Menu can be displayed offering you further options such as: Slow Speed, Norman Speed, Fast Speed, Index (you can index Call Records or Voice Mail Messages for finding and playback in a particular order), Header (gives you time & date message received. (Messages can be automatically played with header first if you want) You have a second sub menu available when you Dial 2 which displays the options to: Copy message, Transfer message, Copy to Grp (message to a group of mailboxes), Transfer to Grp (message to a group of mailboxes). After/During listening to message you can “see the Prompts” to: Repeat (Message), Next (Message), Erase (Message & Go To Next), Reply (to message sender if another Telrad mailbox user), Copy/Send (which takes you to the Dial 2 Menu options as above), and Options (which takes you to the Dial 6 Sub Menu to Speed up Slow Down or playback message at Normal Speed while listening). There are many, many functions that the user will find beneficial to use with the EmaGEN Voice Mail system, and it is very easy to gain the benefits of these with the Expanded Display set’s Soft Prompt buttons offering you all these options next to them. Other systems require you to memorize these features and numerical codes or wait for the audio prompts to tell you which digit to dial to activate the feature you wanted. This is great for a busy Mobile user or Receptionist to answer calls, take “detailed messages” with the Call Record feature and then transfer them to others. With Unified Messaging the Call Records pops into your M/S Outlook as a Wave File making it even easier to keep track or client requests etc. The Telrad Avanti 3040 Wireless has an LCD Interactive Display and can be programmed to work in conjunction with your Deskset…as soon as you pick-up your handset your desk set goes into Call Forwarding to your Wireless handset. It also enables multiple handsets on the same system for up to 5 Million Sq Ft. coverage full feature access. It is based on a short range cellular type of transmission without monthly airtime or licensing requirements.
