Evergreen Policy

Nothing is more frustrating than spending your money on a new and innovative solution, then finding out a short time later that something better is out there, and your investment is now obsolete. At Telrad we are aware of this issue, and have designed our system to avoid it.  Our Evergreen policy ensures that you can always salvage your investment, and keep most of your equipment when you upgrade. We have numerous customers with up-to-date systems who still use components purchased over a decade ago, such as our Series 20 phones.   Telrad is the only “Evergreen Telecom” provider as clients that invested in our 1984 Vintage EKT Sets could migrate them onto the new 1991 Digital system and later with all could work together with the new 1991 Avanti DKT Phone introduction and the 2004 Avanti IP Phone introduction all on the same Digital Platform... now that’s... Evergreen at it’s Telecom best!   Once you install a Telrad system, you will be able to keep upgrading it, adding modules only to support new technologies or your evolving needs.
